Investments in modern technologies and professional equipment have allowed us to open a new branch specializing in versatile material processing using high-pressure water jets.

Today, our company offers you a professional waterjet cutting service with a wide range of capabilities, including cutting the most complex shapes in hard-to-machine materials.

As a family-owned company with extensive experience, we have created a creative and efficient team where each order is treated individually. The versatility of our team members allows us to find the most optimal solutions.

OFFER

PARAMETERS AND RANGE OF MATERIALS

Thanks to the state-of-the-art waterjet and abrasion technology we offer you both cutting and surface treatment of a wide range of materials, including:

  • STEEL

    structural, carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-proof, heat-resistant, high-temperature, electrical, wear-resistant

  • NON-FEROUS METALS AND THEIR ALLOYS

    aluminium, copper, brass, titanium

  • PLASTICS

polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyamide (PA)

  • GLASS

    laminated, reinforced, coated, stained

  • WOOD

plywood, glued wood, particle boards, coreboards, flooring materials

  • STONE

    marble, granite, sandstone

  • CERAMICS AND CONGLOMERATE

ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, kitchen and bathroom worktops

The working area of the table allows cutting materials with dimensions of 3000 x 4000 mm, while the thickness of the processed material depends on various factors, including cutting characteristics and material type, with a maximum of 200 mm

WATERJET TECHNOLOGY

Waterjet technology is fundamentally based on the use of a jet of water with an admixture of abrasive. The entire cutting process involves compressing water to very high pressure of over 50,000 psi by means of a pump and then transporting it to the cutting head, where the water and abrasive are forced through a small hole with a diameter of 0.004″ to 0.020″. This high pressure causes the waterjet at the outlet of the cutting head to move at a speed of 1000 m/s, generating enormous kinetic energy. In such conditions, the strength and speed of the waterjet is sufficient to cut even the hardest materials, while the use of a 3D numerically controlled head allows for the proper direction of the jet, which enables spatial cutting of elements with high accuracy.

ADVANTAGES OF THE WATERJET TECHNOLOGY

  • lack of thermal factor allows maintaining all physical, chemical, mechanical and technological properties of the cut element
  • very high precision through digitally controlled movement of the cutting head
  • quick processing of materials
  • optimization of cuts and reduction of costs associated with the production of repeatable elements
  • practically unlimited range of materials to be processed
  • relatively low costs
